Dinner at the Hurricane Hole Plaza, Paradise Island

I invited LLS out to dinner after work to celebrate the purchase of her new car. We met at the Italian restaurant in the Hurricane Hole Plaza on Paradise Island, Bahamas. She loved the food and was surprised by the large menu since the four star class restaurant has been often mistaken for a pizza joint. We strolled over to the Marina Village at the Atlantis resort and listened/swayed to the Bahamian music performed by a four piece band at the Bimini Road restaurant. We sat near the palm tree weaving stall and I was amazed at how many sales the vendor had for his exotic hats and native baskets. Afterwards, we (no she) scouted a few shops and then we visited the Hurricane Hole marina and critiqued the numerous yachts that we could not afford to maintain. It was a good Wednesday to chill with a friend.
